All Facials work on mind, body and spirit. They help shift stagnant energy, emotional blockages, anxiety and old belief systems that no longer serve. Nat works with energy, essential oils and crystals. She taps into the subconscious mind and allows the body to communicate what it is ready and needing to shed in each session.
